The Scientific Article Database is a joint project of the International HACCP Alliance and the Meat Science Section within the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University. The goal of the database is to serve as a way to obtain scientific documentation in support of HACCP plan decisions. The idea for the database originated several years ago through the Education Committee meeting of the National Meat Association.
